UO Sustainability Leadership Academy UO Sustainability Leadership Academy - The University of Oregon Sustainability Leadership Academy offers professional development seminars on sustainability practices. Each seminar is designed to give practitioners a theoretical foundation and practical tools to move an organization toward sustainable development.
